In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain a rsvip2 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rsvip2 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 across every game vertical, consistent with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, using, or accessing the rsvip2 platform in any capacity.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking full legal capacity are ineligible.
• One account per person: You may hold only one rsvip2 Account. Registering multiple accounts — under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these T&Cs and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other responsible gaming restriction that prohibits account use, whether imposed by rsvip2 or any other gaming operator.
• Not an rsvip2 employee: Current employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of rsvip2 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a Member account or place wagers on the platform.

To access real-money services on rsvip2, you must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. The following conditions apply to all rsvip2 Accounts:

• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and mobile phone number — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. rsvip2 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication immediately upon registration. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Account security: You must notify rsvip2 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. rsvip2 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• KYC verification: rsvip2 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or a valid passport. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may be temporarily restricted.
• Account transfer: Your rsvip2 Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or pledged to any third party under any circumstances.
• Currency: All rsvip2 Accounts operate exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No multi-currency functionality is available. Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja are credited in IDR with no conversion fees.

4.1 Deposits. rsvip2 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and the e-wallet services OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Indonesian Rupiah. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. rsvip2 charges zero deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which rsvip2 bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with these T&Cs. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. rsvip2 charges no withdrawal processing fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible for a withdrawal, your Account must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active Bonus Funds must have met their applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• There must be no open investigation into your Account relating to potential fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations.
• Your Account must not be subject to a temporary restriction, cooling-off period, or self-exclusion.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. rsvip2 operates in compliance with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals, to delay processing pending investigation, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where legally required.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 may be deducted from a dormant Account's Balance. Members will be notified by email prior to dormancy charges commencing.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. rsvip2 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins equivalents, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all rsvip2 bonuses:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account separately from your real-money Balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, eligible game categories, and expiry dates are disclosed on the promotion summary card prior to claim. It is your responsibility to review these terms before accepting any bonus.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, per household, per device, and per shared IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• rsvip2 reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time with reasonable notice, provided that bets already placed using legitimately claimed Bonus Funds will be honoured in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of the wager.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk hedging strategies to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting system errors — constitutes a material breach of these T&Cs. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated Bonus Funds forfeited.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. New Members who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the rsvip2 Welcome Bonus, subject to the specific terms published on the promotion page at the time of registration. The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per eligible Member.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions. rsvip2 may offer enhanced promotions during culturally significant periods in the Indonesian calendar including Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions carry their own specific terms and are available for a limited time only.

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All wagers placed on rsvip2 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game vertical — sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and poker tournaments — as published in the corresponding rules section of the platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

6.2 Sportsbook. Sports betting markets on rsvip2 — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton, MotoGP, and E-sports — are subject to the rsvip2 Sportsbook Rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as wins for the bet to return a profit; a void or push leg will reduce the parlay accordingly. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. In-play odds may be suspended at any time.

6.3 Live Casino. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers. Theoretical RTP figures represent long-run statistical outcomes and do not guarantee results on any individual session.

6.5 Voided & Cancelled Events. In the event that a sporting fixture, tournament, or game round is cancelled, postponed, or determined to be void for any reason, rsvip2 will settle affected wagers in accordance with the applicable Sportsbook Rules or game-specific rules. Voided wager stakes are returned to the Member's Balance.

6.6 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or display error that results in an incorrect odds quotation, game result, or payout calculation, rsvip2 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the Member's Balance. rsvip2 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rsvip2 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using false identity information during registration.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, access game outcomes, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of coordinated fraud.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool with the intent to circumvent geographic restrictions or Terms & Conditions enforcement mechanisms.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward rsvip2 staff, customer support agents, or other Members.
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your Account credentials or Account access to any third party.

11.2 rsvip2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these T&Cs shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 rsvip2 shall not be liable for any service interruption, data loss, or failure to perform arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failure, or cyber-attacks.

11.4 Nothing in these T&Cs shall limit or exclude rsvip2's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any matter which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit.

12.1 By rsvip2. rsvip2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these T&Cs.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a legal order from a competent authority requiring Account suspension or closure.

12.2 By the Member. You may close your rsvip2 Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to our support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be paid to your nominated bank account or e-wallet within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to KYC compliance.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by rsvip2 — your licence to use the platform terminates immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law shall survive termination.

rsvip2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the rsvip2 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&Cs. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the rsvip2 operator is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

For Members resident in Indonesia, rsvip2 acknowledges that the Indonesian legal framework applies to your consumer rights and personal data protection obligations. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Indonesian law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, rsvip2 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce payment obligations.
